Lamborghini Spyder | Cars
Lamborghini. That's a name that should send shivers down your spine....in a good way!
For me, I have always thought of Lamborghini as the craziest supercars on the plant, built in a shed by a crazy Italian. Ferruccio Lamborghini was that man and the first of the crazy cars was the unforgettable Miura with it's fantastic looks and it's insanely sounding V12 engine. The world of bullfighting is a key part of Lamborghini's identity, as it was Ferruccio's interest that would give you the iconic emblem for this historic company. A Lamborghini has at some point been the pin up on everyone’s wall and thanks to the design tastes of Marcello Gandini of Bertone who gave us not only the Miura, but the Countach and Diablo to name a few!
Gallardo, a famous breed of fighting bull and Lamborghini's bestselling car to date. Lamborghini's are designed mainly to make a lot of noise and cause excitement. So, while the Ferrari howls and a McLaren hums, the Lambo bellows. And while the racers were styled by aerodynamicists, the Lambo was designed to make people say “wow”. Which it does. In a Ferrari or a McLaren, you concentrate when you are driving quickly. In the Gallardo Spyder, you can’t. You’re too busy laughing.
Who the hell gets to drive one of these pure Italian (half a breath) super cars? This is defiantly a once in a life time opportunity to go wild and feel young again!

We had an amazing day at Stoneleigh for a junior driving experience for my 11 year old son, driving a Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini and an Aston Martin plus a high speed passenger ride in the Atom. It was very well organised and everyone - check-in staff, pit crew, instructors, photo booth staff and even the refreshment van, was fantastic - friendly, helpful and attentive. Special mention for G & Michaela in the Pit and Stuart (I think) at check-in. We will definitely be back for another day!Sarah Bratchell
This was my second drive of the day, and as with the Hurracan it was brilliant. Typically though it started to rain so the roof had to go up, but the only thing it spoilt was the throaty engine sounds as we roared round the track.Edward Paton
I bought the Junior Driving Experience for my son's 11th birthday. Due to Covid restrictions it was postponed but finally got to the Northampton track on 13/06/21. It was the most fantastic experience for him. The track was very tidy with lots of grassy areas for spectators and the sun shone all day. My boy drove a Lambourghini Spyder followed by a Ferrari and a Porshe. Everything about this day was perfect. Booking in was easy.... hardly any waiting around between drives.... the staff were all very friendly and very efficient and the instructors were first class. All in all a brilliant time and he can't wait to do it again. Car Chase Heroes 10/10.Stan Brewster
I booked a supercar driving day for my sons 10th birthday present. I will admit to being more than a bit hesitant as he has never driven anything before and this is a pretty steep place to start! He absolutely loved it! From the lady who checked us in, the gents doing the driver calling to the instructors in each car they were brilliant with us - and more importantly him - putting a nervous 10 yo at ease from the start. It is a day he will never forget and we will certainly be back for more!Nick James
Excellent service. Since booking I have been diagnosed with MND which restricts my mobility. The team couldn't do enough for me. Bending aa few rules to ensure my carers were able to assist me.
